Our friend and colleague Darrell Garrett passed away suddenly on Friday August 10.
Darrell was a formidable project manager who was held in high regard for the precision and care with which he shepherded his buildings from conception to completion. He leaves a profound legacy not only in bricks and mortar but in the futures he helped secure for the families we serve.
We remember Darrell as a kind, gentle and patient man. His deep voice and generous laughter was a familiar and comforting feature of the Habitat offices and fostered the affection of his many friends.
