Hi everyone, my name is Villy, and I have the honor of being one of Kelly and Danny’s closest friends. I’m writing this with an incredibly heavy heart and tears in my eyes. Our beloved friend Danny passed away unexpectedly, and it still doesn’t feel real. Just three months ago, he was working so hard to recover from his quadruple bypass, doing everything he could to get better and get back to his family. None of us ever imagined we’d be saying goodbye so soon.
Danny was everything to his family. He was the main provider, a devoted husband to Kelly, and an incredible father to Nathan and Brayden. His family was his entire world. He worked hard every single day to make sure they were taken care of, loved, and supported. He took so much pride in being a loving husband and father.
If you were lucky enough to know Danny, you know how truly special he was. His contagious laugh could brighten your whole day. He absolutely loved people! Talking, joking, listening to music, and simply soaking in life. And of course we all know how much he loved to dance! He could walk into a room full of strangers and walk out with new lifelong friends. People were drawn to his warmth and energy. He made friends everywhere he went.
But what stands out most about Danny is how selfless he was. He would drop anything to help someone, no questions asked. He showed up for people in a way that is rare in this world. That was just who he was. He was ALWAYS there for his friends and family. Whether it was fixing something for someone (which he was doing up until the day before he passed) dropping off your favorite food, or simply offering a helping hand, Danny was always there. You knew that you could always count on him. Danny gave so much of himself to others, and he did it with love.
And now, it’s our turn to show up for him, just as he has for so many of us.
During this incredibly heartbreaking time, we are coming together to support Kelly, Nathan, and Brayden as they face something no family should ever have to go through. Losing Danny has left a huge hole in their lives, and we want to help ease the financial stress so they can focus on healing and being there for each other. All donations will go toward funeral expenses and supporting the future of the family Danny cherished more than anything.
Any amount you are able to give will make a meaningful difference. If you are not in a position to donate, sharing this page or simply keeping Danny’s family in your thoughts and prayers is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for helping honor Danny’s memory and for supporting the people he loved with all his heart. This won’t be an easy road for Kelly and their 2 boys, but with all of us in their corner, we can help them feel supported and loved as they begin to heal.
