On June 27th, our sweet Daniel passed away in a car accident.

Dan was incredibly kind, compassionate, and goofy. To know him was truly to love him. Some of Dan’s favorite things were gaming, rock climbing, and pancakes. He loved spending time with his mom, who was one of his best friends. Dan is so loved by his family and friends and is so painfully missed already.

The outpouring of love and support we have received from everyone has been incredible. We don’t have words to thank you all. Many of you have been asking how to help, so we have set up this fundraiser. All money from this GoFundMe will be donated to OnTrackNY. He loved everyone there, but especially Joanne and Mik. Over the last four years the team at On Track provided Dan with an immense amount of care and support for which we will forever be grateful. They made such an impression that Dan aspired to become a peer mentor.

We love you Dan.
