It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Daina Marie Lewis, who departed this life on May 11th, just days before her 50th birthday.

Daina was a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend. Her family, including her beloved husband James and children, Aidan, Jack, and Sean were the center of her universe. Daina was a certified yoga instructor, and dedicated over two decades to guiding others toward wellness and inner peace. Her professional dream came to fruition with the opening of her own yoga studio, “Shine”. Her work was more than a profession—it was a manifestation of her deep commitment to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of her students. As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the profound impact Daina had on our lives. Her legacy of kindness, resilience, and spiritual insight will continue to inspire and guide us.

In order to relieve the financial burden for the family and provide ongoing support for Daina's three boys we have created this GoFundMe account. Knowing that Daina touched the lives of so many people, we also hope this fundraiser will allow her community the opportunity to express their love through support of her cherished children.
