In Memory of Connor

Sleep tight our gorgeous Connor, you fought hard and strong till the very end. You went to Valhalla like the warrior you are on Monday 18th October at 5.41pm with all five of us holding your hand and singing you songs as you peacefully passed. We know it has been a rough nineteen months for you but we are so blessed and so proud to have been by your side through it all. I think we can all agree that our strength comes from seeing you and the way you have kept your positive attitude in the face of everything. We are so grateful for all the opportunities you got and the lives you were able to touch with your humour and beautiful heart. There are no words for the loss we feel now six has become five but thank you so much for being a part of our lives and fundamentally shaping us as the family we are today. With great pride, until we meet again my beautiful boy.

 

Connors Celebration Day, will be held at the Blyth Crematorium on Cowpen Road, Blyth on Thursday 4th November at 14.30.

We do not want any flowers, we are inviting people to donate towards two memorial benches for Connor - one for Blyth RFC, for future generations to enjoy and one for Cambois to be placed where Connor would play as he grew up, for the local community to enjoy.
Any funds remaining after the benches are purchased will go to one of the children’s cancer charities that have helped Connor throughout his treatment.
