On January 2, 2022 - we lost our beloved son, brother, boyfriend and friend Connor Anthony Dutchin. His sudden passing was tragic for all that knew Connor, especially for his family and closest friends. He was a creative soul with inclined musical talent - we know he is up there playing his favourite songs on guitar and composing music.

From Brad:
Dear Connor,

I do not even know where to begin. I am so sorry you had demons that I did not understand. I wish I could have helped and been more supportive of you. You were my only brother and I need you to know how much I love you. You did not deserve this. If you reading this, just know that I love you more than anything and I am happy to call you my brother.

Rest In Peace Connor, I love you more than you could ever imagine. I am rooting for you up there.

Sincerely,

Your Brother, Brad

From Logan:

Connor was the most caring person I ever knew. He would always ask me how I am doing, and always gave me motivation to do more. He showed me so much like skateboarding and guitar. We would always talk about our future and our goals when we were younger, like our dream of moving to New York City. We went on so many adventures together since we were little, like going to the great wolf lodge and camping every summer. You were my best friend Connor, I will miss you so much.

From Olivia:

Connor was a very special friend to many. He is one of the most special people I have ever known. He was always there for anyone who needed him and could make anyone laugh. I loved him more than anyone I knew and wish we all had the chance to tell him we love him one last time. He was always someone I knew had my back no matter what. He made me feel so special and cared for, as he did for so many. Anyone who was lucky enough to even talk to him briefly was always uplifted by his presence. I know you had the potential to do anything you ever dreamed of doing. We are all so devastated to see you go so soon. I love you Connor, I am so sorry we could not do all the things we dreamed of doing together. You will always be my special friend.

I love you Connor and I will miss you dearly.

Connor was someone who always wished for a better world for all of us, and has sparked us to reflect on our actions in regards to supporting mental health. Mental health problems are not always obvious and therefore, it is important to check up on your friends and loved ones. If you know anyone who is struggling, please encourage them to reach out to their support system or call Mental Health Crisis Line.

With that being said, we are in need of financial support during this time. All of your generous contributions will finance Connor’s celebration of life and to support living expenses of grieving family members. Once again, thank you so much for your generous donations.
