This GoFundMe is created in loving memory of my mother, Connie Whittaker, who passed away from ovarian cancer January 29th, 2026. Connie was so much more than her diagnosis. She was a loving mother, an incredible friend, and the kind of person to put others first despite her own struggles. Her warmth, resilience, and quiet determination touched everyone lucky enough to get to know her or call her a friend. She fought fiercely to be here, and faced her diagnosis with unwavering courage, while continuing to show up for the people she loved. The loss of her presence leaves a profound emptiness in the lives of so many.

We are raising funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) to honor Connie’s life and strength. OCRA funds critical research for early detection and improved treatments, supports advocacy efforts, and provides education to help prevent future losses. Every donation helps turn Connie’s fight into progress, and hope for others.
