On June 15, 2025, Lexington KY lost a beloved community member, a dear friend, and a devoted Mother and Grandmother. Connie Fugate passed away after an extended illness unexpectedly, and left everyone who knew and loved her grieving deeply. Connie was compassionate, kind, loyal, sassy, respected, and so loved. She had a deep sense of justice and equality for all, and did everything she could to support those she loved.
