We are raising money to support Shura Fowler, following Cody's untimely death.
On July 18, 2020, Cody passed away at the age of 41. He died in Shura's arms, and free of pain. Cody & Shura shared 17 years of love, friendship, travel, Raiders' games, dogs, and dreams of retiring to a beach in Mexico.
We are now raising money to help Shura carry on. Shura is a talented and successful massage therapist. However, as a self-employed individual, she didn't receive paid time off to care for Cody, or to grieve his death. She missed weeks of work to be with Cody in the hospital, and is now facing incoming medical bills and all of their household expenses, alone. Everything raised will help Shura cover medical costs and keep going on her own.
