We are creating this fundraising page in honor of Clara Géry, a remarkable young woman whose courage, brilliance, and kindness continue to inspire all who knew her.

Clara was a Master of Laws (LL.M.) student at Cardozo School of Law in New York City, a dream she worked tirelessly to achieve.

Clara earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in private law from the prestigious University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was selected for the highly competitive exchange program with Cardozo, securing the only available spot, a testament to her academic excellence and determination.

Despite facing a long and difficult battle with cancer for 6 years, Clara never let her illness define her. Even while enduring extended hospital stays, she completed her law degree with honors.

Her strength, perseverance, and grace in the face of adversity left a lasting mark on everyone around her. I never once heard her complain, even during her most painful moments. She always had that smile, which lighted up every room she entered.

Clara was also deeply committed to the fight against pediatric cancer, dedicating her time to raising awareness and funds for research. It is in this spirit that we launch this fund, to carry forward the work she cared so deeply about.

All proceeds from this page will go directly to the charity Clara supported, helping continue her legacy and support critical research in pediatric cancer.
