Chris passed away on December 31st early morning after fighting cancer for 2.5 years.

He passed away in the family home as he wanted where family and friends came to see him and be with him.

He is at Chapel of the Highlands in Millbrae (map ). On January 7th, Friday, there will be a viewing of the body from 10:30 to 12:30 and at 12:30 there will be a funeral liturgy.

Chris fought until the end. He loved life and his daughters with all his heart.

He was suffering and in a lot of pain. He is finally at peace now and will be missed and remembered every day.

He worked at Expeditors Brisbane for 30 years and made some good friendships there.

His illness was very depressing for him, and he withdrew to himself. At the beginning of his illness he had a feeding tube placed which was eventually removed but soon after had catheters placed to drain his lungs. His cancer had him back in the hospital with pulmonary embolisms, endocarditis, and 1-2 blood transfusions monthly.

I am amazed at how hard he fought and how much he endured.

Chris is survived by his two daughters Bianca and Cindy, his sister Liz, and mother Teofila.
