It's been heartbreaking to learn that we lost our friend Chris Misciagna this week, one of the fiercest men we've ever known. He bravely fought for many years to live a normal life with a debilitating disease. Chris was madly in love with his beautiful wife, Holly, & he adored his two children, Danny (17) & Juliet (12). His family was his whole world. He loved cheering for his daughter, Juliet, an incredibly talented ice skater, & he was so proud of his son, Danny, who is about to graduate high school & begin his next chapter at Drexel University in the fall. Chris made friends quickly, he was the wittiest guy in any setting, & he told unforgettable stories. He served as Lieutenant with the NY Department of Sanitation Environmental Police, & including the aftermath of September 11th. This loss has left a void that can't be filled. In the wake of this tragedy, let's come together to honor his memory & support his family during this difficult time.
