Hello, my name is Aisling. I’m the daughter of Chris Jones, the strongest woman I have ever met. She has always had the cards stacked against her in life, but it never stopped her from having an open heart and loving fiercely. My mom loved feeding people food from recipes that she made up, always had a song to play at every single moment, and never missed an opportunity to make a joke.

Yesterday, July 28th, she went to the hospital for what she thought was a pinched nerve. After testing it was found that she had suffered a ruptured aneurism. She was immediately sent to RWJ in New Brunswick, but unfortunately suffered too much bleeding in her brain that she was found inoperable. This morning, she was declared brain dead, and was taken off of life support per her previous requests.

My mom was a loving, caring, and passionate mother and wife. She was a beautiful soul. Chris leaves behind three children (aged 22, 16, and 13), her husband, and many friends and family members who love her and will miss her beyond words.
