From Chris's Supervisor:

Folks, today we encountered the loss of one of our teammates. Chris Heyward has been a member of the Coastal team since the fall of 2021 working at the Largo location. Many of us have known Chris a long time and some have just come to know him.

Chris was a great man who loved his wife and children. He was a Champion of better things for another day and always knew what was in the present would pass with hope, optimism, and a chance to make things better.

Chris was the very fabric of Coastal and embodied that in his dedication through and through, to come to work and give his all....he loved everyone and took to heart the essence of what Coastal brought to its employees.

There will never be a Goldfish to make us forget about Chris, but a Whale of a story to tell of a man who was called to his fate, doing what he loved for the people he respected and loved the same. Say a prayer for Chris and his family, along with the several team members who loved him. We will miss his, "Hey, can I ask you a quick question", which was never short, but always asked with the best of intentions behind it.
