In Memory of Chef Rod Jessick Scholarship Fund

Hi, my name is Brad Fuller the Nephew of Chef Rod Jessick who recently passed away at age 68 from Alzheimer's and heart disease. Rod lived in Spokane, Washington and worked as the Executive Chef for the Coeur d' Alene Resort in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. for over 37 years.

Rod loved to mentor aspiring new chefs and over the years his students went on to own and run restaurants all over the country. I couldn't think of a better way to honor and celebrate his life than by setting up a scholarship fund to help aspiring chefs in the Northwest continue their education at culinary schools in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. and Spokane, Washington. I have asked current chefs in the area to assist me in the selection process each year. Thank you for your consideration as a way to Celebrate the life and career of Chef Rod Jessick.
