In Loving Memory of Chef Javier

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Chef Javier, who peacefully left us on July 5th after a courageous battle with a terminal illness.

Chef Javier was more than just a member of the team—he was family. He had been with Señor Pepe’s almost since the beginning, dedicating decades of his life to our kitchen and our community. Established in 2004, Señor Pepe’s has always been a family-owned and operated restaurant, and Javier truly embodied that spirit.

Known for his infectious humor and warm personality, Javier brought joy to every shift and every plate. He took great pride in his work, always ensuring that every dish met his high standards of quality and presentation. His dedication and love for his craft were evident in every meal he prepared—meals that many of our loyal customers came to know and love over the years.

Javier’s presence at Señor Pepe’s was deeply rooted. He watched the owners’ children grow up and later welcomed his own family into the team. His wife and daughters worked alongside him, making Señor Pepe’s not just a workplace, but a shared family experience. He is survived by his wife, Emma, and three children.
