I am Jim McCoy. My son Kelly and his wife Tina learned in July, during their fifth month of pregnancy, that their daughter would be born with a Congential Diaphragmatic Hernia. I am raising funds to help offset medical expenses for Charlotte Amelia Michelle McCoy. She was born on Tuesday, November 5th, at 12:01am, and sadly, she passed away on November 6th at 11:45pm.

The brain bleed that accompanies CDH caused brain seizures that were just too much. She fought a tremendous fight with the help of the best doctors and nurses at Children's Hospital of Atlanta (CHOA). They were fabulous.

She is in God's arms now. God bless Charlotte Amelia Michelle McCoy.
