In Memory of Charles Vogel: Aid for His Family

As some of you may know, Charles Vogel passed on April 25th 2025. This was a sudden and unexpected loss that we are all still attempting to process. In addition to all of the lives he’s touched, he has left behind his life long partner Kim Hepburn and two children Josh and Jamie.

Charlie has spent the last decade devoted to supporting his family, maintaining sobriety and channeling his wild spirit for good. We as his family will certainly remember him in high esteem as he has grown tremendously in the last parts of his life.

The shock of his absence will take time and lots of care from loved ones to come to accept. Unfortunately for his family, he did not have a life insurance policy in place to support those who relied on him.

At this time, we are seeking any financial donations to support the hardships his now widow and children must navigate without him. Charlie has left a lasting impact on so many lives and he will be missed beyond measure. Please consider any amount as so greatly appreciated and put towards us as his family keeping his memory preserved in true Grateful Dead through love and community.
