Here at Blue Shield of California we are more than colleagues, we are family. Most of us have spent many years working with Cha and had developed a personal relationship with him. He was a kind, loving, easy to talk to person that has filled our hearts with laughter and smiles. Cha's dedication, loyalty and willingness to offer a helping hand has left a lasting impression on many. We would like to give back, in respect and  memory of Cha, to his wife and two beautiful young children. Please help us offer something they will always remember and that can help them move forward through this painful time.
