In Memory of Carter Payne

For all that know Carter Payne, they can attest to him as an amazing son, brother, teammate, and friend. His infectious smile and positivity impacted those around him, and his quick sense of humor never failed to brighten everyone's day. Carter is an incredibly talented soccer player and his endless passion for the game made him a truly selfless teammate. It is beyond heartbreaking that his life and career ended so suddenly, just over a month before his 21st birthday.

Carter passed away on Saturday, July 9th after a hit-and-run car accident in Statesboro, Georgia where he was playing semi-professional soccer for the summer. Carter's undeniable impact on so many lives will never be forgotten.

Any donation to this fund would be greatly appreciated. Although money will by no means ease the suffering of Carter's passing, this fund will help the Payne family with funeral and medical expenses.
