God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered “Come with Me”! I’m deeply saddened to tell you all, my beautiful niece, Carrie Owens passed away unexpectedly yesterday! Carrie was such an amazing person and she touched so many souls during her time here. The compassion, love and selflessness she displayed are traits remembered by everyone she met. Carrie fought a long and hard battle through out her life. Diagnosed with Pseudo Cerebral Brain Tumor back in June, 2009, she fought a battle for her children as they were the most important thing in the world to her and she kept on fighting to the very end! Even through her pain, through her sleepless nights, she found a way to smile. She found a way to keep on moving for herself and for all those around her. She was at her brightest when surrounded by those she loved. Malik, Dre and Janae, your Mom loved you all so much and she will always be with you and she will always be watching over you until you meet again!
