In memory of Carlos Rene Gomez

This week, our family suffered a great loss. Carlos Rene Gomez, beloved husband, father, uncle, son, brother and friend was taken from us too soon. At just 50 years old, he died unexpectedly in his home, leaving behind his wife and two young boys, Mateo and Carlixto. Mateo, 5 years old, was his shadow and went everywhere his daddy went. Carlixto, 11, looks just like Rene when he was a kid. Jucelia, his wife, is now left to raise these young boys into men without their father.

Unfortunately, Rene just started a new job and was not yet eligible for life insurance. This fundraiser is to help his wife bridge the gap and make sure there’s something that she can give her boys in their father’s name. Please consider donating any amount.
