In memory of Carlos Garcilazo (Pops)

Hi, my name is Tyina Lomena. I am the daughter of Carlos Garcilazo. Dad passed away on 02/23/2024 at home in his sleep. All though he had struggled with dementia for many years, this was unexpected. While trying to see if his VA benefits would cover his memorial services I have found out dad never finished the paperwork. I am asking for support during this difficult time to give my father a memorial he deserves.
