In Memory of Calvin Wilder

My Papaw , Calvin Wilder went home to be with the lord on March 30th, 2025 surrounded my my mother and my two aunts in his home. My papaw has had multiple multiple strokes, heart attacks and ultimately it gained its toll on him. He has fought the hardest fight and the good lord seen his suffering and decided to call him home. The whole family is grieving him and now we’re being faced with either funeral charges because his life insurance is saying he didn’t have them long enough even though it’s been well over enough time or having to cremate. They are asking us $10,000 for his funeral but $2500 for his cremation. At this point that’s what we are having to go with due to lack of funding. With that being said he had already paid for his plot beside of my grandmother and headstone If anyone felt in there heart to donate even $1 towards the goal we would be forever thankful! My mother and her two sisters who just lost their father are scrambling to figure out the details as well as take care of their families all while grieving.
