Hi friends and family,

I am starting this page for my childhood best friend, Caitlin, and her family to help cover funeral costs and unexpected expenses. On August 11th, 2024, our precious Caitlin passed away from this life and entered into the heavenly presence of her Maker. The days ahead are going to be the hardest her loved ones have ever faced, but I believe you can be a part of sharing some of that load through this page.

Over the last few years, Caitlin battled with unknown illnesses and underwent innumerable testing to find out what was ailing her. Through every doctor appointment, trial, and unanswered question, she never lost her light. Caitlin's concert-loving, Harry Styles-aficionado, pure heart would allow nothing less. She was the friend who always showed up for you, asked how that cousin she met once 12 years ago was doing, and never forgot a birthday. She was a present daughter, a great big sister, an amazing granddaughter, a faithful cousin, and a wonderful niece.

Caitlin was diagnosed with HLH, Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, an immune system disorder. Our brave friend fought until the very end with new treatments, doctor visits, and testing. Her fight finally came to an end on Sunday, August 11th. The upcoming funeral costs and unexpected expenses are the reasons I come to you today. The road ahead is unknown. But you can be part of a big blessing and an answer to prayer by supporting Caitlin's family.
