In Memory of Buzz, and to Help his Family

We lost our dear friend Jerome "Buzz" Morasca unexpectedly on Christmas Day, December 25, 2024. He is survived by his beloved wife Susan. Buzz has lived on our Cayucos ranch for more than 30 years where he would hike, mountain bike ride, and enjoy the beauty of nature on a daily basis. His true passion was the ocean. He started surfing as a young man at Moss Landing where he became a skilled waterman. Buzz moved to Morro Bay, and built his company Toobs Body Boards from the ground up. He took pride in his ability to design things, and then bring them to life. He was not only respected by our local community, but across the globe. Buzz was a true philosopher who would stop his friends wherever and whenever to get into deep conversations and passionate debates. Buzz was sensitive and intentional with his relationships and time, and touched so many. He had endless love, support and generosity for his multitude of friends, and strangers alike. Buzz will be missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know him. Our hearts go out to Susan the love of his life.
