It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our family member Dwight "Buddy" Robert Bryan of Pompano Beach, Florida on Monday December 27, 2021. Buddy was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Thelma and Michael Smith; and grandparents, Dwight and Virginia Bryan, and grandfather, Robert Carmichael. Buddy was born to the delight of everyone on October 5, 1980. He had great strength both intellectually and spiritually which he attained through his lifetime battle with the terminal illness of SMA Type I Muscular Dystrophy. It did not prevent him from living a life of curiosity, humor, empathy for all living things, and sharing his wisdom. He will be greatly missed by many friends and family left behind which includes grandmother, Helen Albair; father, Richard Bryan, Sr.; brothers and their spouses, Richard and Maria, and Shawn and Carolina; sisters, Nichole and her spouse Leonel Morales, and Amber; and 2 nephews and 3 nieces.
