My Brother Jamie Curtis took his own life on new years day 2024, after struggling with number of years with metal health and the Death of our mother can farther
. Pressures in life burdened on him and after celebrating New years eve he went home sent his two children a message, Then said goodbye to the world. He had a close family but was too proud to ask for help. IT,S OK NOT TO BE OK.
During the month of September I will be running the equivalent of 4 marathons on Tredmill and 4 Marahons on exercise bike. After giving up playing sport due to having osteoporosis and no cartlidge in one knee. I have become unfit but determined to complete this challenge.
