It has been a sad week processing the loss of our loving cat Brody. Over the weekend we took him into the emergency vet and was told he had a suspected infection and was given some antibiotics. The next day we noticed more of a decline and took him to the animal hospital. We were given hope and a 48 hour plan to get him well. A couple hours later we received a call that he had advanced stages of cancer in multiple organs, including his liver and lungs. With multiple masses and internal bleeding, there was no treatment. The nurse said you wouldn’t last the night. Within an hour you were sitting in my lap taking your last breath.

Brody had a large personality and a large presence. He was at the door to greet you and to wish you off. Without getting into much detail, was the perfect cat.

Our tragic loss came with multiple animal bills. We would appreciate any donations to help with those bills.
