In Memory of Briar: Support for Bre and Layla

On Sunday, January 5th, Briar unexpectedly and tragically passed away, leaving the two loves of his life behind, Bre and Layla, their 1-year-old daughter. He was also a brother, son, uncle and a friend to many. If you knew Briar, you know he was full of so much love. He was always the first to help someone or be there for you when you needed him.

Now it’s our turn to help support his family through this incredibly difficult time. With this GoFundMe, I am hoping to lessen the financial burden and allow Bre the time she needs to grieve and navigate through this tragedy. She has already had to make the very sad decision to get the deposit on her engagement ring back to pay for funeral expenses. All of the funds raised will go directly to Bre to assist with costs for his final wishes, memorial, and future expenses for their beautiful daughter Layla.

Briar's celebration of life will be Friday, February 7th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Tipsy Turtle Bar and Grill in Muskego. Briar said he wanted a "party for everyone to come together, tell stories and laugh about good times". There is a bar and the kitchen will be open for food. We look forward to celebrating Briar's life with all those who can attend. Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
