In Memory of Brian: Support for Rachael and the Kids

What began as a lifelong dream for Brian, Rachael, and their young daughter has turned into a life-altering loss.

After years of military service, Rachael and Brian, both proud veterans, made the courageous decision to sell their home in Minnesota and pursue a shared dream: to live off the grid in the stunning wilderness of Alaska. With their 4-year-old daughter by their side, they set out to build a simpler, more intentional life, one rooted in nature, freedom, and family.

On May 23rd they set out for their journey to drive from Minnesota to Alaska. They made it to their new dream home in Alaska on May 31, 2025. Just three weeks after arriving, their dream was tragically cut short.

On June 23, Brian was in an ATV accident and did not survive. In an instant, Rachael lost her husband, his kids lost their father, and their new beginning was forever changed.

Now, Rachael is faced with the devastating challenge of grieving her husband while raising their daughter and trying to figure out her next steps.

Funds raised will go toward funeral expenses, emergency travel and relocation support, and giving Rachael the time and resources to heal and find her path forward.
