On January 26, 2019 my nephew, Brian Douglas Carter, died unexpectedly. Those who knew Brian will remember his gift for making others smile and laugh with his witty sense of humor and sparking dark eyes. Brian had a giving spirit. He was always helping and praising others. Brian adored his family.
