In Loving Memory of Brad Hutton

While working in Trinity, Texas, a tragic accident claimed the life of our teammate, friend, and brother in the wastewater industry—Brad Hutton.

Brad was more than a VacTruck operator; he was a husband, a father of seven children, and a man who lived to help others. He was diligent, precise, and deeply respected by all who worked alongside him. He loved his work because he knew the lives it protected—even if most people never saw it.

In his final moments, Brad showed the same courage and selflessness that defined his life. When others were in danger, he went to help. That was Brad—always smiling, always willing, always giving. His sacrifice will never be forgotten.

As one Chief Operator who knew Brad wrote:

“He put his boots on every morning and marched into the muck and filth with the rest of us to protect the lives of people who will never know our names. But they will know his. Brad Hutton. He will be remembered as a saint among us, and his sacrifice will never be forgotten.”

The outpouring of love and support from across the wastewater community has been overwhelming and a testament to the impact he made.

We ask for your generosity in honoring Brad’s life and supporting his family through this unimaginable time. Every gift is not only an expression of love and appreciation for Brad, but also a way to help care for the family he loved so much.

Brad’s legacy of kindness, courage, and selfless service lives on.
