In Memory of Bill Anderson

For those of you who don't me, my name is Jared Potts and I am the owner of Inflatable Boat Specialists in Ventura CA.  I have worked with Bill Anderson over the years and let me tell you what a great guy he was and how much he meant to the boating community of Southern CA and beyond.  When I learned of Bill's passing, I immediately thought of his two son's who are now carrying the torch and tasked with keeping the family business up and running.  We can only imagine what the family is going through and I am asking everyone to help pay it forward to a man that would have given you the shirt off his back.  Yesterday his son Ed wrote the following about his father:

"For those of you that knew my Dad, there is no easy way to say this but he passed away peacefully early this morning. For the last year he has had a tough time with congestive heart failure and had been working towards getting listed for a heart transplant. He finally made it on the list a few weeks back but sadly his time has come before he got that chance. Even this last week in the hospital and up until the very end he was his old self with a positive attitude and making jokes the whole time. He will be missed but not forgotten. I was happy to have gotten the chance to have another year with him after his tough time he had last March. Tomorrow will be his 63rd birthday."

Please help the Anderson family get back on their feet- any little bit helps w/ thier efforts moving forward.  And to their father Bill- you will never be forgotten.
