In Memory of Big John

Hi, My name is Anita and a group of Big John’s friends and I felt we needed to do all we could to help his family with the sudden death of Big John. Big John has been an Icon in the NASCAR racing garage for over 30 years as a pit crew jack man and whatever other position needed until he one day he decided to begin feeding his team drivers and team mates. Big John changed the way many ate in the NASCAR garage. He decided to cook on the grill and feed them better meals instead of a sandwich or whatever the teams could get. He cooked for many drivers and teams, but ended his career cooking for Stewart Haas Racing. He was a racer, a NASCAR garage Icon, a team player, great cook, and loved people. If you have been in the garage there is a good chance you met Big John. He was an all around great man. Big John had a long time girlfriend of 30+ years and with the pandemic things have been tough for them these past few years financially. So, this group of friends wanted to reach out to the community and give back and help his family. All proceeds will go to Ms. Dot to assist her during this most difficult time.
