It is with extreme sadness that I share the news that Ben Fairbrother was killed last evening in a motorcycle accident enroute to coaching his football team.

Ben was literally the definition of a larger-than-life person, loved by his family, friends and colleagues. He will be forever missed by his wife Tanya and kids Ella, Georgia, Brooklyn, Brett and Brayden. He will also be forever missed by his extended family…the orthopaedic community. Ben lived for his job and he loved every opportunity to help customers help their patients. Always prepared, never rattled, Ben carried a calmness in the room even in the most complex of cases.

In this tragic moment we are asking for any support to help the his family navigate these very uncertain times.
