Our dear friend and colleague, Barry Brinton, passed away November 25th. Our hearts are broken for his loss and for the incredible family he leaves behind. Barry was a beloved Realtor with Chapman-Richards & Associates for 28 years, and he will be profoundly missed by all of us.

Our thoughts are with his wife, Tauni, and their children: Zoe & Justin, and beloved granddaughter Charlie; Easton & Brynn; and everyone's best friend, sweet Emmie.

In response to the many heartfelt messages asking how to help, our Chapman-Richards family is offering a GoFundMe option to support the Brinton family as they navigate this devastating time. We are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support.

We will forever cherish the many years of friendship, laughter, sports banter, and warmth we shared with Barry. His kindness, always present smile, and the countless ways he touched our lives will never be forgotten.
