In memory of Baby Kal'el (Superman)

Hi, my name is Kimmy,

I'm raising funds for the family of baby Kal'el, my Godson who was born on December 20th, 2023, at 22 weeks and against all odds miraculously survived for 6 weeks and 6 days. Kal'el fought a really good fight and made everyone who met and cared for him fall in love, our faith was strengthened with his daily progress, so much so, he eventually earned his nickname 'Superman'! and he was a Superman, until 2/6/2024 when he gained his angel wings.

Not only did Kal'el survive longer than any of his doctors expected, but we believe he was also responsible for saving his mother, who contracted a rear infection after giving birth via C-section, that resulted in her having 3 major life saving surgeries within 3 weeks, a stay in ICU' and being hospitalized for over a month. Her diagnosis was (Chorioamnionitis), (Endometritis), (Pprom), (Sepsis), (Anaerobic Bacteremia) and (Leukocytosis), she's still on the road to recovery.

In addition to the physical toll, the financial burden for Kal'els' Nicu bills, his mother's hospital bills, therapy sessions and funeral expenses, is immense.
