In Memory of Baby Connor - Supporting the Whittal Family

Hi my name is Paula, next door neighbor to the most kind, selfless family - The Whittal's.

On May 17th, the Whittal family’s world changed forever. Their sweet baby boy, Connor, just one year and 8 months old, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep. There are truly no words for this kind of heartbreak—no way to make sense of such a deep and sudden loss.

Connor was a beautiful, joyful little soul who brought light into every room he entered. He had a smile that could melt your heart—and he gave it so freely. Just making eye contact with him would spark that big, toothy grin. He had a mouth full of teeth, and he loved to show them off, as if he knew his smile made people’s days a little brighter. He was curious, full of life, and so deeply loved by everyone who had the joy of knowing him. He was the center of Lily and Coopers worlds.

Now, in the midst of their unimaginable grief, the Whittal family is facing the unthinkable planning a funeral for their baby. We want to come together as friends, family, and a caring community to lift them up and support them however we can.

This fundraiser has been set up to help cover funeral expenses and give them one less thing to worry about while they begin to navigate life without their precious boy.
