السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
“Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return.”
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my beloved aunt, Ayan Hirsi, who returned to Allah (SWT) during the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, the most blessed days of the year. Her passing is a great loss to our family, community, and all who knew her. May Allah (SWT) envelop her in infinite mercy, forgive her sins, expand her grave with light, and grant her the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
Ayan Hersi was a strong, resilient mother of six beautiful children, and a devoted and loving wife. She was the heart of her home nurturing, selfless, and always giving more than she had. She was a blessed with a beautiful heart and Akhlaq and brought joy to everyone in her life.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days…” We are in the blessed 10 days of Dhul Hijjah which is a time of great blessings and rewards.
Please donate whatever you can inshAllah. The donations will go towards Sadaqah Jaariyah and funeral costs! Please keep my beloved aunt in your duas. May Allah reward you for your kindness and generosity.
جزاك الله خيرا
