In Loving Memory of Awilda Alicea

Yesterday, on Mother’s Day, our beloved Awilda passed away unexpectedly, leaving our hearts heavy and our family grieving deeply. She was more than a sister, an aunt, a mother, or a friend—she was a bright light, a generous soul, and someone who always put others before herself.

This loss has hit our family hard, emotionally and financially. As we work through our grief, we are also faced with the overwhelming responsibility of arranging her funeral and giving her the peaceful goodbye she deserves.
