In Memory of Autumn -Teenage Suicide Awareness

A baby taken from the world way too soon!
Autumn Elizabeth Issa, only 13 years old was found on April 30th, 2019 deceased by suicide.  She was a 7th grader at Shore Middle School in Mentor, Ohio. 

She is survived by her mother, Brittany and 10 year old little sister. Brittany is a hard working single mother and nurse at The Cleveland Clinic. The family could really use your help. They are in shock and grief. A mother lost her baby and is now planning a funeral. She’s not mentally nor financially prepared for any of this. 

If there is anything you can give, please consider. Please keep your babies close and talk about mental health. Let’s end the stigma! 


Brittany plans to use the funds for Autumn’s funeral arrangements. Anything additional, will be used for an intended move. The tragedy occurring in the home brings too much pain for the family.
