On January 18th, 2025, a piece of God’s light was taken from this earthly world when our beloved Aurora Ramirez passed. Aurora was born on July 31st, 1966 in Compton, California to Manuela and Jesus “Chuy’ Cisneros. Although surrounded by siblings older and younger than her, she was absolutely one of a kind. A ray of light in a world of darkness. Aurora didn’t have the easiest upbringing as a child, and as she got older, life wasn’t always the smoothest either. Yet, all that didn’t stop her from her mission on earth: to show unconditional love and kindness to everyone around you. She was someone who truly understood the scripture and embodied God’s message of unconditional love towards others. She lived a life of servitude towards others until her last days, often housing and feeding people and family members in need. She was the epitome of selflessness we should all aim for.

Although gone from this earth, Aurora left her imprint of light everywhere she went. Each of her loved ones has a story where she lit up our lives with her presence. Served up with a little bit of playful sass, she always showed up for her loved ones. And although deeply missed, we will carry her legacy of compassion, unconditional love, and kindness with us as we try to move forward during these difficult times. Aurora is survived by her two sons, Michael and Angel, and her two grand-babies whom she loved with all her heart, Michael Jr. and Dayanara.
