In Memory of Astrid Jane

On the First of February 2021 our little Astrid was born sleeping due to events which could not have been foreseen. We will be laying her to rest at Herongate Wood on Monday 22nd of March.
It's only due to the tireless work of the Doctors, Nurses & Staff at Queens Hospital that Emily didn't join her. We're also immensely grateful for the ongoing work of the charity 4Louis that means we have a wonderful box of mementoes from Astrid's short time with us.
We'd very much like to raise some funds for both charities to say thank you for everything they did for Astrid & Emily and everything they continue to do for those in similar situations. We thank you for any contribution you may be inclined to give to help them continue their wonderful work.

"4louis provide useful tools, equipment and training free of charge to hospital units, hospices and other professionals who sadly have the job of comforting grieving families who suffer a miscarriage, Stillbirth Neonatal or child death."
Each donation of £30 funds a memory box for a bereaved family much like the one we received for Astrid.
King George and Queens Hospitals Charity
"King George and Queen’s Hospitals Charity raises funds to make a real difference for our patients, their families and the staff."
We intend to request the funds we raise for KGQHC be distributed between the Bereavement Midwives, the HDU staff & the Ocean A staff who were all so incredible to us during our time at the Hospital.
Any funds raised by this gofundme will be equally divided between the 2 charities by Emily & Pete.
