Hello, our names are Jerry Huynh and Patricia Jarrait, and we are sharing our story with hearts full of sorrow and love.

On July 15th, 2025, our twin sons, Aspen Reed Huynh and Soren Kai Huynh, were born into this world already so deeply loved. Tragically, we had to say goodbye far too soon due to Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS) — a rare and heartbreaking condition that affects identical twins who share a placenta.

Aspen and Soren were full of life even before they arrived — strong, active, and already showing their personalities. We loved feeling them kick, stretch, and move during every ultrasound. They were so athletic and full of energy inside their mom’s belly, and we’d like to believe that now they’re up in Heaven, giving Grandma Marilyn a handful — just as spirited and full of life as ever.

As we navigate this unimaginable loss, we are also facing the heavy burden of medical expenses and the cost of funeral and memorial arrangements to honor our boys with the love and dignity they deserve.

We are humbly asking for help from our family, friends, and anyone moved by our story. Any donation — big or small — will make a difference and will go directly toward:
