Ashley Figueroa, born on August 15, 1990, passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2025. She was the fourth of ten children and brought warmth, creativity, and love into the lives of everyone who knew her.

Ashley was a devoted fifth-grade teacher at Lowell Collegiate Charter School, where she made a profound and lasting impact on her students. She truly adored children and poured her heart into teaching, always striving to uplift, inspire, and nurture those in her care. Her influence extended far beyond the classroom, leaving an imprint that will be felt for years to come.

Ashley embraced life with passion and creativity, which shone beautifully through her body art in the form of tattoos, each telling a story of who she was. She loved traveling, teaching, getting dressed up, and doing her nails, always expressing herself with confidence and style. She shared a special bond with her beloved dog, Kila, and held a deep and meaningful love for her godmother, Mayuca.

She is survived by her loving mother, Marissa Figueroa; her siblings Erika Cruz, Marisol Mercedes, Pedro Figueroa, Desirae Figueroa, and Saprea Figueroa, all of Lowell; her sister Maria Figueroa Peacock and her husband Ricky of South Carolina; Yamilex Figueroa of Rhode Island; and Joshua and Jonathan Valenzuela, also of Lowell. Ashley was also a devoted aunt to many nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly.

Ashley will be remembered for her generous heart, vibrant spirit, and unwavering love for her family, her students, and all those fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched and the love she shared so freely.
