Vickie and I are proud to say the Ashleigh M Fredrick Memorial Fund that supports needy kids who wish to participate in youth hockey in the Valley has already made a huge impact with more to come. Here’s what we’ve been able to do and commit to so far, thanks to all of your donations: — Spent $3,850 on equipment that we’ve donated to needy children. — Expanded the number of free clinics offered by Desert Hockey Development. — Paid fees for kids to participate in Learn to Play clinics through the Boys and Girls clubs, and the Little Howlers and Coyotes programs. — Earmarked another $2,500 for participation fees to upcoming clinics through those same programs.
