For the last several decades, Venkatesh and Anupama Subramanian have been pillars of their community in Southern California, generously organizing and funding charitable events benefitting the blind, homeless, and mentally ill. Anupama bravely fought cancer for the last 18 months, and it is with deep sorrow we announce she passed away on September 2, 2025.

Venky’s friends and colleagues are initiating this campaign personally to support Venky. This is not sponsored by BlackLine, and any donations are completely voluntary. Anupama’s year and a half battle was costly; and this campaign’s goal is to help with these medical bills and out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance. This was a dual-income family with a daughter in college, which makes covering living expenses and these huge medical debts difficult.
