In Memory of Annette's Dad, Antoni

As most of you know Annette's dad passed away earlier today.  

For those of you that know Annette, you know how caring, loving and amazing nurse she is.  She is always there for you and her patients.
She comes from an amazing hardworking family.  Her dad Antoni was a loving father to Annette and her siblings and a great husband to his wife Halina. 

During this tough time that her family and her are going through, we would like to try to help with some of the funeral expenses.  Anything that you are able to contribute will be greatly appreciated. 

North 2 and HOCC staff would like all the contributions will be given to Annette Brzoska.
