21 year old Angelo Jeremiah Garcia, beloved son of SAFD Hazmat firefighter Michael Mendez, had his life taken from him too soon due to a senseless act of violence on the morning of March 12th, 2017. Angelo or as most knew him, "Jeremy", always saw the good in people and had a love for boxing, cartoons and helping others. He leaves behind a beautiful two year old daughter, two brothers and one little sister.
As if grieving the loss of a child is not hard enough, the Mendez family is now faced with the unforseen expenses that come with laying a loved one to rest. We are asking for donations to defray the medical bills and funeral expenses.
All donations made will go directly to the Mendez family to assist with the expenses mentioned above.
